Rebekah and Kyle embarked on their infertility journey in 2017, when it wasn’t nearly as common for people to open up about such a personal experience. And, at first, they didn’t. They kept all the emotions they were feeling to themselves, until Rebekah’s acupuncturist recommended that they share the experience with Kyle’s family, particularly his dying mother.

In today’s episode, Rebekah and Kyle share how alone they felt on their infertility journey, after an incorrect blood test led Rebekah to believe that she would never be able to get pregnant. A supportive team of doctors and acupuncturists saw them through, and opening up to their family brought them a message from Kyle’s mom on her deathbed that felt like a sign.
